Record Templates

The templates on this page provide you with blank versions of all of the records you must have to meet the Red Tractor Farm Assurance Beef and Lamb standards.  In addition we have also included some other records and guidance documents which you may find useful but you do not have to have them. These are marked in the list below with an *.

You can either print out a copy or save a copy of each record onto your computer and fill it in electronically.   Information on requirements for recording Sheep movements can be found on the DEFRA website by clicking here.

The number in brackets (at the beginning of each template title) indicates the standard number to which the template relates.           E.g (TI.1.1 relates to Standard TI.1.1 - Cattle Record Book),
