ABM Residency Period Calculator
The ABM Residency Date Calculator allows producers to calculate from the date of purchase, the earliest date that previously non-assured stock can be sold as assured.
Simply enter the date the livestock was purchased and click Calculate. The system will then display the date that the livestock will have completed their residency period.
Alternatively, download the Printable 60 day Residency Period Table. By following the purchase day and purchase month, producers can find the earliest date that previously non-assured stock can be sold as assured.
Residency Periods - What works for you?
There are various ways that producers can adhere to the 60 days residency period required when buying previously non-assured sheep, from using completely separate holding through to recording individual numbers.
