Publications

To comply with the Red Tractor Farm Assurance Beef and Lamb standards you must have access to copies of certain publications.  All of the publications required by Red Tractor Beef and Lamb standards can be found in this section.  

Throughout the standards, RT Beef and Lamb also recommends reference to other useful publications to provide you with more information.  Most of these useful publications can also be found here.  You do not have to have a copy of these publications to comply with the standards, they are recommended to you as a source of information. 

The publications can either be printed out and a hard copy kept or used on-line as long as the relevant publications are available for stockmen.  It is acceptable during an inspection for producers to show that required publications are accessible electronically.
