The Red Tractor Farm Assurance Beef and Lamb standards focus on areas which ensure that the food produced is fully traceable, comes from animals which are cared for appropriately, fed animal feed which is safe, free from contamination and fully traceable, transported safely, administered medication to keep them healthy and the meat is safe to eat.
