ABM Structure
ABM is the Red Tractor Beef and Lamb Assurance Schemes which are part of Assured Food Standards. The ABM company was fully integrated into AFS on 1 January 2009 (click here to see AFS Structure). The previous ABM Board of Directors became the AFS Beef and Lamb Sector Board on 1 January 2009. Click one of the links below for more details:

TAG (Technical Advisory Group)
TAG is a group of industry experts and representatives who meet at least three times a year to discuss standard setting for farm, market, transport and abattoir standards. The group consider legislation, existing standards, market activity and industry requirements when making decisions about ABM standards. The varied expertise provided by TAG ensures that the standards are practical and achievable whilst meeting the requirements of consumers.
